These terms and conditions apply to the use of Isen, the AI coach from The Reset House. By using Isen, you agree to these terms.
Isen is a digital coach based on artificial intelligence. Isen provides inspiration, reflection, and guidance, but it is not a substitute for the services mentioned in Section 4. In case of acute psychological or medical issues, users are strongly advised to seek professional help immediately. All insights and suggestions arising from the coaching process are solely intended to support your own considerations. You remain fully responsible for your personal development.
As the coachee, you remain fully responsible for the choices you make and the actions you take following your conversations with Isen. You use Isen entirely at your own risk. The Reset House does not guarantee that all information is complete, correct, or applicable. Results may vary per user and no guarantee of success is provided.
The Reset House and Isen do not provide medical, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice. Coaching via this platform does not constitute therapy or professional consultation. The Reset House and Isen are not licensed professionals or accredited advisors.
Coaching results are not guaranteed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Reset House, its affiliates, and Isen shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use of the coaching services. Liability is in all cases limited to the amount paid by the user for the use of Isen during the relevant period. The Reset House is never liable for indirect damages, such as consequential damages, data loss, emotional harm, or loss of profits.
The Reset House and Isen strive to provide reliable access to the platform, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. There is no guarantee that the system will always be secure, free from bugs or disruptions. The Reset House is not responsible for
disruptions, data loss, or delays caused by internet connectivity, third-party providers, or unforeseen system errors.
Access to Isen requires a subscription. Payments must be made in advance. Consumers are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal, provided they have not yet activated Isen. Once Isen is activated, this right expires. Subscriptions renew automatically unless terminated. In that case, the subscription will end immediately, but the coachee may continue to use Isen until the paid period has expired.
The Reset House processes personal data in accordance with the EU-GDPR. Data will not be shared with third parties without user consent, unless legally required.
Users may not use Isen for illegal, discriminatory, violent, sexual, or otherwise harmful purposes. It is prohibited to misuse the technology, hack it, reverse engineer it, or use it for unauthorized commercial purposes. The Reset House reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to Isen in case of misuse.
All rights to Isen, including software, prompts, texts, and generated content, belong to The Reset House or its licensors. Users receive a personal, non-transferable, and limited right of use. It is not permitted to copy, distribute, or publicly disclose content without permission.
Any complaints can be submitted via talk@theresethouse.com. The Reset House aims to handle complaints within 30 days. These terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless mandatory law dictates otherwise.
